you have a pretty good chance. although I would consider cutting down the junior schedule down a bit. it's much more rigorous than your sopre year, so the sudden workload might bring down your gpa, lower your grades and give you stress. I would drop at least 1 or 2 APs. and even then you could be applying to ivy leagues. and if you do apply to ivy you would maybe have around a 50% chance I'm guessing?

Should we get married?

First off, I'm not doubting whether or not to marry this guy- that's definitely going to happen. What we're worried about is the date. Currently, our date is set for 11-11-11, a little less than a year and a half from now. We know the colors (mint and lavender), the maid of honor (my cousin/best friend in the world other than my fiance), and where (the church we attend and the reception at a local banquet hall). We also know that we want a small wedding with only family and close friends but a huge reception. However, we're not sure if we actually want to have it so soon. The reason: my mother hates his guts, which will probably not change, no matter how long we wait. (But my dad loves him and his family loves me). Argument for our date: the less time I have to hear my mother whine that "engagements can be broken." Argument against: her initial response will be "Are you pregnant?" to which, I will have to desperately try to convince her that I am not. Pending Membership - Email to owner to join keeps being rejected!?

I am trying to join a group which requires approval. I requested membership and received two emails from the owner/moderator stating my membership was pending. i liked the 1st one the most.accurate, appropriate length and interesting lines. the second is a little obscure and the final idea tends to get confusing but it's not bad at all.the last one has extremely long lines and more than a poem it seems to be more like a regurgitation of random ideas. i would change the use of will/wont in a couple of lines so that it doesn't look so repetitive, maybe "shall", the use of "you" for times in a row gets boring too, and the word "because" is totally anti-poetic,i'd also change the poem's title as the fact that the poem concludes with it is kind of cliche for me

I too have begin using these contacts for 5 months now(for astigmatism as well) and have the same problems...I've only had 1 month so far that was 'okay', which is weird. Chronic Sinus Infections are making me CRAZY!?

I just had my third baby 5 months ago. The whole time I was pregnant with her, I had chronic sinus infections. I think I had one every 6 weeks or so. I'd get a cold or be exposed to something (I have no idea what!), and then I'd get stuffed up and in a about a week I'd have a raging infection. I've taken so many antibiotics that I've actually become immune to some of them. Since I had my baby I've had 3 more sinus infections, and I'm battleing one right now. I'm FRUSTRATED! I've had allergy tests--no allergies. Asthma tests--no asthma. Blood tests--nothing shows up. I even had an HIV test, out of sheer desperation--negative! I've tried every at home remedy I can think of. I'm fresh out of ideas. My head throbs, my nose runs, and I'm sick of coughing. Docs don't seem to think this is a big deal. Anyone have any thoughts/ideas on what I can do to feel better? *Serious replies only PLEASE!*

What happened?

I recently purchased a large mysterious snail and put it in a tank with 1 gold fish and 2 rosy minnows. I came home today to find the snail missing. I moved the tank ornaments around and found it's trap with a bit of flesh still attached and nothing else. I can't even find the shell. The gold fish is only a couple inches long. I didn't think it could injure or eat the snail. Anyone have any ideas what happened.

I have a 15 month old daughter who I am madly in love with. She is an amazing individual whome I wholeheartedly admire. However I have a small problem. I can not stop wanting another one. Most of the time (usually when my daughter is awake running around like a crazy person) I am completely contet just having her. Also when me and the hubbs are doing cute things together or planning vacas ect. Furniture wise I would only purchase 1 of all the major things. You may, however need 2 dressers because the clothes quantity is x2! Odds are your babies wont be using the bouncers, binets, swings, chair, and changing tables at the same time! Just because they are twins does not mean that they will do everything at the exact same time. Every baby is different. 1 diaper bag is sufficient, just make sure it's a good sized one with plenty of supply in it! Always carry at least 3 bibs, burp cloths and burp pads on hand. It all depends on how often these things are used by your babies. I would only buy 3 different kinds of pacifiers per baby, they might not like the same kind. They also may not even like to use a pacifier. I'd say start off with 15 bottles. Good luck and I hope this helped!

I recommend buying a good quality winch too such as the Warn Power Plant winch which not only is a winch but also has an onboard air compressor which you will need to deflate and re-inflate tires for different offroad conditions. Your jeep is already pretty well equipped to handle the offroad elements so you just need some lighting and a few odds and ends to make the offroad experience better. Specifically, I need major realigning of my teeth that may require surgery. The total for braces and hospital fees is much more than I can afford with or without insurance (I am an adult), it will probably be the price of a brand new car. Braces when I was younger was not an option in my family when it actually would have been cheaper then and my problem of thumbsucking would have been addressed prior to braces many years before I stopped on my own. Problems have just grown worse and it affects my self confidence. When going for checkups, I never have cavities, much if any tarter, or things of that nature, I take care of my teeth religiously, it's just the crookedness and gaps that bother me. We bought a tiny mirror that attaches onto the cage that my budgies loved and even a little bell dangling from the top. Also a good trick to cleaning their mess is to put newspaper on the bottom of the cage and whenever enough poo gathers up just throw that newspaper away and lay a new one on there.

My brother in laws wife is supposedley 36wks preg.?

She was having contractions pretty regularly, but it was always false labor. The docs did give her a shot of steroids and meds to stop her contractions. Now they say that they are going to induce labor at 38wks. She already measures to be 37wks preg. not 36. And they say that the baby weighs 7lbs. and it's probably because of the steroid shot. Is it me, or is this a crock. I thought the steroid shot wouldn't affect the baby's weight or anything of that nature.

Why does the NFL have lame broadcasting rules?

So I was watching the Giants Falcons game and during overtime the Giants had the ball around the Falcons 20 yard line. I think it was 3rd down and suddenly FOX cut the feed and said that "due to NFL rules" they could not show anymore of the game. I get very tired of this sort of thing happening week after week. What is the best liquid to cook pulled pork in?

I'm planing on cooking a pork shoulder in my crock pot, but I'm having trouble picking a fluid to cook it in. Some people suggest no liquid, but I'm afraid it would be to dry. So far I've seen suggestions of water, root beer, beer, chicken broth, and barbecue sauce. It's located under my knee cap on the inside side of my right leg. I haven't done any over exercising or anything. Well, this summer it reached well over 100 (with heat index, it was in the 120's) and i live on the east coast in very temperate weather. Summer is HOT and winter is COLD. It was 80 today, considered a great temperature and very fair. Right now, it's chilly at about 55.. Sheesh that's cold for us. The leaves are falling, beautiful colors of gold, orange, maroon, and yellow hues. The gr is still bright green. We had 3-4 days of torrential rain which finally stopped, but the ground is still soggy. I live in Virginia Beach, VA, about 10 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. The water is ugly at the coast because of all the sand it kicks up, but 1 mile out it is this beautiful deep teal color.

I was driving home and there was football on at a local stadium so the roads were very busy. There were lots of cars turning left into a car park for the football and the cars in front started to overtake them.I did the same. Then I heard this horn go off and a gentleman walked out the car and came over to mine. My windows were down and he leaned into the car and starting shouting abuse at my face and I felt extremely threatened. I apologised for the error. I apologised and got on my way. Then about half a mile down the road he stopped again abruptly in front of me and marched over to the car again and leaned right into my window and said I was driving too close.
