I have a 3 page college essay that I have to type, HELP!?

For me to get into a college that I really want to get into, I have to type a 3 page essay with 3 major keypoints in it *why I will be succesful as a health care provider *why I want to go to Clarkson College *statement of why I want to help others. I have absolutetly no idea how to start this essay. Someone told me maybe I should do it in story form, but how?
