How can GOD be SO amazing? He has so much love!?

Im a very imperfect being, but everytime I pray to God he hears me right away and helps me right away, he is just so amazing and he has so much love. For example I can be sitting down and all of a sudden I have unbearable pain in my stomach, I pray to the LORD and RIGHT away that second the pain goes away! There are people suffering all over the world and God has so much love that he would care about a small stomach problem, amazing huh? what do you Christians think?
