Changing a hose on a '99 Continental?

My mom's Cont. is loosing coolant. I looked all over and it appears the coolant is coming out the lower hose (about 30" long), but not sure. Is it easy to change it out? From below I'd guess. I might do it to save her $. Has anyone gone thru this before?
