Yeah like your results said it's likely due to dehydration. You just aren't drinking enough water. Soda doesn't count, now! Alcoholic drinks don't count! Just drink more water. Being thirsty is the first sign of dehydration, so you should be drinking water even when you aren't thirsty yet. That's all for creatinine, I don't know what albumin is.
