Do I trade Manning for Johnson?

I have the opportunity to trade Chris Johnson for Peyton Manning. Here's my situation. I have Cutler at QB but he has been real iffy lately and has a BYE next week anyway. Manning would be a very big step up in the QB dept. In RB's, I still have Arian Foster, Jamaal Charles, Danny Woodhead, and Felix Jones to survive the loss of Johnson. I know I will take a hit losing Johnson but it could be worth it. Foster is solid and Charles and Jones are strong RB2s. What do you think?
