Where can I download FREE TV shows for my iPod WITHOUT a torrent thing?

I want to download a few TV show episodes (Glee and Ghost Whisperer... don't judge me!) but i don't want to use a torrent, if that's possible. I have a MAC, and I'd like to put the shows onto my iPod. can someone help?! Thanks mucho :]
