Are women allowed to speak in church (gathering of saints) according to Paul?

1Corinthians 14:34-35 (and the rest of the chapter and book) were written specifically about women who were causing disruption in church by yelling across the aisle to their husbands. It was written to bring order to that particular church, and it serves to remind us that no one should be disruptive in church.
