What do you think about the new Resident Evil 5?

So far I like the game. Its fun and love the 2 player co-op. But Its missing that Resident Evil feel. I want the zombies and crazy traps and puzzle we got from RE1, 2, 3 and code veronica. Just feel like Resident Evil is moving to far away from the originals. Don't get me wrong I love that there's another RE game out. Its a fun play and all. Its just lacking the Resident Evil feel of the game. Nothing jumped out or tried to scare you. it was more of here it is kill it. But anyways how do you all feel about the the NEW Resident Evil 5?
