Fair trade?

This trade is a little jacked up since Fuentes is hurt. It looks like you are basically trading Fielder for Ramirez which in my opinion is a great trade for you. I would try to get the other guy to make a couple adjustments like including a non-injured RP and maybe a slightly better SP. If he refused to include a better SP, I wouldn't have a problem doing this trade with just a non-injured RP added.
