My 7.5 month old uses me for a pacifier all through the night! How do I stop this?

He went through the 6 month growth spurt where he was feeding a lot through the night. So I would lay down and feed him. But now, he's waking me up ever hour or two through the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
