I need a name for a Falcon Kestrel!!?

It looks like: brownish-red on its back, has a bluish-gray head and wings, a cinnamon colored chest, and black tail feathers. The chest is white and dotted with black spots and along its wings. its small, 13 inches long and 24 inch wingspan. It's extremely intelligent with big, bright black eyes. It maybe small but it is a fighter. Thank you!
