My Zebra Finches don't want to eat their food?

I have two Zebra finches and i have given them egg and biscuit paste and a couple of mealworms. But they have made no attempt to eat either foods. I left the egg food there for a day or two and they haven't even nibbled at it. Is it possible they do not like it? And what else could i feed them?
