Cheapest cities to live in USA?

Here is what im looking for in order of importance.1.. Cost of living (housing), 2.weather (warm)... 3 distance from a bigger city.... I don't mind the country at all.. Just don't want to deal with the cold winters any more.. I work online so jobs are not important... I love to ride my chopper, so a biker bar type of people would be great!!! I would be looking to by a small home cash... Thanks for any help.. only places I don't want are GA/CA ( and the north of course ) Thanks again..
